Support FAQ
Do you come on site?
Yes, for the network, Wi-Fi, hardware and anything that needs someone present. Visits are scheduled with you.
Which systems do you support?
Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, business networks and Wi-Fi, printers, NAS devices and the servers common in SMEs. For more specific systems, we tell you in the first conversation.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Scope, check frequency and response method are agreed with you based on your environment. One-off help is also possible without a contract.
Can you take over an existing infrastructure?
Yes. We start with an inventory of hardware, accounts, access, backups and existing documentation before changing anything.
How does remote support work?
You contact us, we qualify the request, then take control of the computer only with your consent, over a secure connection. The session ends when you decide.
Do you work with companies without in-house IT?
Yes, that is a large part of what we do: acting as your outsourced IT department.
