Data collected
Company, contact person, email, phone if provided, language, company size, topic, description and contact preferences. Additional information is optional. Do not submit sensitive information.
Use and access
Data is used to assess your request, respond and follow up on a possible proposal. Access is limited to authorised Novarys Pro administrators and technical providers needed for hosting. Requests are never exposed in the public catalogue.
Legal basis
Handling a service enquiry relies on the pre-contractual steps you request. Abuse prevention relies on the legitimate interest in securing the service. The form checkbox confirms that you agree to be contacted about your request; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Retention
The retention policy calls for requests to be reviewed no later than 12 months after the last exchange. Requests with no follow-up should be deleted unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship justifies separate retention. Abuse-prevention limits expire after 15 minutes. Administrator sessions expire after 8 hours. The operator must configure a documented backup rotation.
Cookies
A cookie remembers your language choice for one year when you use the language selector. A secure cookie supports administrator sessions. No analytics or advertising cookies are enabled.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, object to processing or request portability. Use the contact form for a request about your data. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
